Business Manager
Lloyd Goff has more than 54 years of putting projects together for Real Estate development and some Technology. Educated in Architecture at the University of New Mexico and graduating in 1965. He was the University of Colorado’s first Graduate for a 1971 master’s degree in urban and Regional Planning. A design portfolio of more than 40 projects is available in his work Bio at www.lloydgoff.com. Goff met Kent Bingham in 1995 and for over twenty years they collaborated on Skyways, the Oasis Machine and Pedestrian Villages until his passing in 2018. Goff was Kent’s Business manager and will be responsible for the business affairs of the company included investors, accounting, legal, staffing and marketing.

The Research Lab will be managed by Don Deptowicz, who has an extensive background in technology projects. Don Deptowicz is a Results Oriented Senior Executive with an outstanding track record in engineering, programming management and quality. He excels at being an inspirational and resourceful leader. He is an exceptionally skilled communicator, with the ability to build effective and productive working relationships across all levels of the organization and the value chain. Don graduated from Purdue University and began his career in 1976 at UTC’s Pratt & Whitney Engine Division in West Palm Beach, Florida. Don has over 46 years of experience in the aerospace, automotive and electronic industries. Prior to this, he was the Director of Technical Excellence for PCC Airfoils LLC, where he championed the collaborative effort across engine OEMs and casting in conjunction with the Air Force Man Tech vision of Attaining newer Agile Manufacturing.

Currently, as the founder of Apparent-Technologies.com, he is spearheading deep-level AI integration. Daren also manages strategic marketing and investor communications, ensuring a seamless bridge between cutting-edge technology and business growth.

Ed Ryan

Ed Ryan

Developer
Ed Ryan is a developer and a long-time real estate broker who has worked with Goff for almost 50 years. In 1975 he was among a small group of visionary property owners who formed the Clements Historic District in Downtown Denver and saved approximately 2 blocks of classic Victorian homes. In 1989 he purchased a 440-acre site near Steamboat Springs. He subdivided it into 12 clustered homesites with 400 acres dedicated to open space preservation and a model for the Land Preservation Subdivision zoning. He additionally invented a system for building small portable housing structures that can be delivered by pickup truck and assembled in one day for humanitarian relief. His interests are in community development, water and landscaping.
Eyoub Khan

Director of Planning
Eyoub Khan will be the director of Planning for the 14 Mile “Proof-of-Concept” corridor. He graduated with honors in Industrial Design, specializing in Transportation Systems, and has an MBA from West Coast University. Eyoub has worked in Architecture and Industrial Design, collaborating with major clients such as the Walt Disney Company, Caltrans, and McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Ford and NASA. This network of clients motivated Eyoub to start the Conceptual Design Group in 1983, and the company has won multiple awards for excellence in design.
Herman Colato

Herman Colato

Data & Communications
Herman Colato graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Computers. He will be responsible for building the library that becomes available someday to the public with thousands of searchable links to data we collect. He will also handle the internal data communications and storage of our team. Since we expect to eventually employ dozens of people in house someday this will become a mountain of data.

Office Manager

Mona Kalin has studied at the Colorado Community College in Littleton. She is exceptional on the phone and will be the office secretary and manager handling all the logistics such as calendar, activity logs, food, reception, conferences, and services crews.

Mary Orland

Mary Orland

Finance & Grants

Mary Orland has a law degree and a background in Finance. She will focus on finding grants, contract compliance, and do some reporting to State and Federal agencies. Her grant writing will include Federal, State, and Philanthropic. He has begun contacting banking people she knows and discussing funding options. She is also a concert pianist with a slant toward music therapy.
